Working for an online education business I have been receiving a huge set of queries from students in regard to their career. Out of which a good number goes to students who are willing to build their career into DESIGNING. This reason coupled with some queries from my colleagues and friends finally triggered me to come up with something that could cater to the title of discussion “INDIAN DESIGNING INDUSTRY”.

It is quite easy to identify them; all you have to notice some behaviors and stuffs — loves to sketch and design, a notebook filled with artwork, multiple devices, Nikon, cool headsets, music system, and definitely a bigger monitor/screen on the work desk? He/she might be sitting just beside you or someone present in your team. I hope until now you have successfully perceived a designer’s face in your mind.

GREAT, so we can proceed further.

Right from a logo to the entire movie, whatever we see (logo designing is an ocean in itself; i compared to illustrate the immense variety of works that fells into the designing category) generates a sense of curiosity about the life of a designer. Have you ever thought of such professionals w.r.t?

  • Their different work appearance and how could they manage to come so far,
  • Their education, colleges, courses and institutes which they go through
  • Their entrance exams and placements

For such curiosity, this article has a lot to offer to its readers; as it digs deep into a different realm of DESIGN with necessary facts and stats.

Things get separated and a clear branching can be seen right after clearing the 12th grade. It is the perfect time to start following your designing sense gut feeling, it can be one such intuition that the world is currently unaware of.

Bravo, you made the right decision of making a career into DESIGNING.

Now what? Option to check relevant colleges, exams, and courses they offer now becomes your point of concern.

  • What all colleges should i consider
  • What entrance exam will be suitable
  • Question concerning colleges
  • How to prepare
  • Which stream of designing to follow

CONCLUSION

So we have seen different aspects of DESIGNING across the INDIAN market. There are several private institutes that claim to give 100% success result, but i wish every student must remember one thing”the best of designers never went to any design schools” Do not let any circumstances become a reason to quit or to have a gap between what you wanted to achieve and what you failed to. It is a curse when you value something and could not pursue it and say “i was into that particular thing a few years back and now i have left it” never let that happen.
